Heritage Scientist University College London, Centre for Sustainable Heritage: The internationally recognised Centre for Sustainable Heritage is seeking a Research Assistant: Heritage Scientist, carrying out high quality research on two European collaborative heritage science projects on the interactions between the environment and heritage materials, managing complex multi-site experiments, working with international research teams, writing reports and disseminating research results. Applicants with an interest in spectroscopic methods of material characterisation and multivariate analysis are particularly welcome. This is a fixed-term appointment (18 months). The appointee will have a demonstrated capability to conduct high quality research and a research and publication track record. A degree in a subject relevant to the Centre's cultural heritage research interests and good organisational skills are required.
