I have specialised in the restoration of wax models and portraits
for many years.

I carried out some practical tests with a view to using adhesives
for 'museum repairs' and found Lascaux 360 was good for items that
were for display only.  I found it made a better bond than Mowilith.
I use it with a Japanese paper or 'Reemay' (non-woven polyester)
reinforcement if appropriate.
