Adventures in Preservation, 2010

Adventures in Preservation is a non-profit organization that has
been supporting community-based heritage preservation projects since
2002. One and two-week hands-on volunteer vacations provide an
opportunity to travel and learn preservation skills while restoring
buildings and experiencing the local culture. As an AiP volunteer,
you'll work with a technical expert at a historic site, learning
practical historic preservation skills and techniques and immersing
yourself in the history and culture of the area. 2010 workshops
include building conservation projects in Illinois, Montana, New
York, Armenia, Slovenia, Albania and Kenya. For more information
