Call for papers Historic Interiors in Secular Buildings 1300-1600 Corpus Christi College Cambridge Friday, 9 April 2010 The Historic Interiors section of ICON is holding a one day conference on Historic Interiors in Secular Buildings 1300-1600 at Corpus Christi College, Cambridge, England on Friday, 9 April 2010. The conference will focus on the structure of secular buildings and the variety of decorative interiors and furnishings. The talks include the relationships between the building and its contents, the function of kitchens, the use of textiles, plasterwork, wall paintings, furniture and the paintings within the overall decorative schemes.
