Be part of the award winning Wiltshire Conservation and Museums
Services. The Conservation and Museums Advisory Service is a key
part of Wiltshire Council's Heritage Services, whose aim is to
preserve and create access to Wiltshire's rich heritage. The service
make a major contribution to this aim by providing conservation for
archives, museums and archaeology units and curatorial advice to
Wiltshire museums.

We require a qualified and experienced professional, with strong
business acumen to work with our four teams for museum conservation,
contract conservation, archive conservation and museum development.
You will have substantial experience of conservation and collection
management processes.

You must have a degree level qualification with a relevant
professional qualification, e.g. PACR Accreditation and you may also
have management or research qualifications relating to museums and
conservation. You will have a proven ability to act as team leader,
lead budget officer and to communicate with a wide range of
audiences. You will have demonstrable skills in analysis,
negotiation and problem solving. Ref: LHA09/69.
