ICOM joint interim working groups meeting

ICOM-CC Joint Interim Meeting:
Multidisciplinary Conservation: a Holistic View for Historic
    Interiors

Five ICOM-CC working groups are hosting a Joint Interim Meeting on
the theme 'Multidisciplinary Conservation: a Holistic View for
Historic Interiors'.

The five working groups are:

    Wood, Furniture, and Lacquer
    Textiles
    Sculpture, Polychromy, and Architectural Decoration
    Murals, Stone, and Rock Art
    Leather and Related Materials

The meeting will be held the Complesso Monumentale di San Michele a
Ripa, sala dello Stenditoio in Rome (Italy) 23-26 March 2010 with
the support of  Istituto Superiore per la Conservazione e il
Restauro (ISCR, MiBAC), ICCROM and ICOM-Italian Committee.

The four day meeting consists of three full days of lectures and is
concluded with a day of selected visits to Villa Farnesina, Palazzo
Sacchetti, Villa Torlonia, Museo Stibbert, Opificio delle Pietre
Dure and the Vatican Museums and ISCR studios.

The programme and registration for the Joint Interim Meeting for
five ICOM-CC Working Groups is now available on-line on the ISCR
website.
