    An enthusiastic, flexible and motivated object conservator is
    sought to join the conservation team at Glasgow Museums for up
    to 12 months. You will hold a qualification in conservation and
    have experience in the assessment and treatment of a wide range
    of materials. Based at the Burrell Collection you will work
    alongside the Open Museum team and on projects across all our
    museums including exhibitions, loans and collection care.
    Candidate must also have experience of core Microsoft packages
    and databases.

    Glasgow Museums seeks a temporary conservator to contribute to
    the exhibition and catalogue, titled '500 years of Italian Art'
    and work on a programme of treatment and collection care
    projects. You will have a recognised qualification in paintings
    conservation with experience of assessing object condition and
    carrying out conservation treatments, alongside this you will
    need to be motivated, enthusiastic and flexible. Candidate must
    also have experience of core Microsoft packages and databases.
