Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS)

We received an offer from LISTA suggesting an "inner life" made of
ABS-resin (acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene).  The producer couldn't
give us a material-test concerning possible harmful substances.

Has anyone tested this kind of resin?  If it is so, would you be as
kind as to allow us an insight into the test-results?  Or, has
anyone experience in longterm preserving metal objects in contact
with ABS-resin?
