Seminar on conservation of outdoor metal sculpture

From: John Scott <nyconsnfdn<-at->
Date: Wednesday, January 6, 2010
NYCF Introduction to Conservation of Outdoor Metal Sculpture
(known before 2008 as "the Bronze Seminar.")
August 2010

Our instructors are very experienced experts in restoration,
analysis, creation, metallurgy, and history of sculpture in bronze,
copper, iron, steels, zinc and aluminum, whether painted or not.

During the first week each morning we all walk to examine and
discuss many sculptures, then we lunch together before our afternoon
lectures and discussions. The second week we join in applied field
treatments of outdoor sculptures.

Enroll for just the first week, or stay for the second week too.

seminars:
