I would not recommend mounting paper objects directly with very
strong magnets--they can cause dents in the paper.  If you are
planning to use magnets directly on paper, choose the weakest magnet
that will still do the job and hold the object securely in place.
Test first by mounting a similar piece of paper with various magnets
for an extended period of time.  Magnets placed directly on anything
with a coated or shiny surface (eg. photographs) can scratch on
removal.   Better to encapsulate the object in mylar and place
magnets only on the mylar borders.
