Preservation Officer, GS-1001-13-14 National Preservation Program Officer for Regional Records The National Archives and Records Administration, US (NARA) The National Archives and Records Administration has a position open for an archives preservation manager or conservator in Preservation Programs, to work primarily with the diverse collections and holdings of the Regional Records Program, encompassing archives, records centers, and records management programs nationwide. The incumbent will serve as a technical expert in the preservation and conservation of a wide range of archival holdings. This is an administrative position, with wide-ranging responsibilities for developing policies and procedures for a nation-wide program. The appointment will be made at the GS 13 with promotion potential to GS-14; or at the GS-14 level. Salary range is $82,961 to $127,442 per annum.
