For more information about the collection, the buildings and the work we do please see <URL:http://www.glasgowmuseums.com> We looking for an enthusiastic, flexible paintings conservator with experience of assessing and analysing object condition, carrying out and managing conservation treatments and projects and providing specialist advice to exhibitions and loans. You will hold a recognised conservation qualification, be able to demonstrate problem solving skills and have proven experience of treating a wide range of paintings to a high standard. The post offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to capital projects, to facilitate the public programme and work on a rolling programme of treatment and collection care.
