Marking

We are currently reviewing the type of ink we use to mark our art
collections with and would like to know:

    What ink do other Institutions use to security mark their
    objects?

    What method they employ (e.g. a stamp?) and

    Where they apply this (back, front, middle, corner)?

    Are there any other methods they employ?
