Maximilien Luce

A current project of the paintings conservation studio consists of
material technical research and the conservation of eight oil
paintings by the French pointillist painter Maximilien Luce
(1858-1941) in the collection of the Kroller-Muller Museum. We are
very interested in any information about Luce's painting techniques,
especially in his varnish practice and the original framing of his
oil paintings. Could anyone provide us with this information or give
us advice where to find it?
