This one day workshop offers practical ways to understand preventive
conservation.  Building on your knowledge of preventive
conservation, this workshop offers tools and techniques to get the
most out of your resources and to realise the potential for
knowledge transfer from preventive conservation to management.
Introductory knowledge of preventive conservation and MS Excel will
help you get the most out of the workshop.

The workshop provides:

    New knowledge of preventive conservation
    Techniques for selecting appropriate conservation solutions
    Techniques for examining the environment
    Discussion of how you can relate new methods to your work
    Practical sessions and case study examples
