Whitten and Proctor Fine Art Conservation

Whitten and Proctor Fine Art Conservation is offering a one-year
contract position for an Assistant Painting Conservator. Candidates
should be graduates of a recognized conservation program or have
equivalent training. The position is renewable.

This small, lively practice works with private collectors, museum,
university and corporate collections. The assistant conservator will
be engaged in all activities of the studio and should have aesthetic
and structural training.

Salary and health benefits are negotiable and a stipend for travel
is provided. A retirement contribution is offered after a second
year of employment. Whitten and Proctor support participation in
professional activities and continuing education.
