Bruker AXS Microanalysis and the Rathgen-Forschungslabor would like
to invite you for a 1 1/2 days hands-on workshop for discussing and
testing features and potentials of the TRACER and the ARTAX.

The strongly practice-oriented workshop would include a theoretical
part discussing: X-ray theory and technology, X-ray analysis
software operation, analysis optimization, qualitative and
quantification analysis, pitfalls and and realities.

Participation in the workshop is free. The number of participants is
limited therefore reservations will be made on a first come-first
served basis.
