Introduction to Laser Cleaning in Conservation

This intensive two-day course, comprising lectures, demonstrations,
practical work and individual tuition, provides an opportunity to
gain hands-on experience in this important field.

Objective:  To provide a broad understanding of the use of lasers in
conservation. The course concentrates on the practical application
of the Nd:YAG laser to the cleaning and conservation of objects.

Intended audience: Conservators, conservation scientists and others
with an interest in conservation, working for museums, public
bodies, charities and other non-profit making organisations.
