You will also supervise, train and advise other staff on best practice techniques. In addition you will lead on the conservation aspects of preparing for a move into new buildings in 2008, specifying requirements for the conservation function and environmental monitoring. With a careful, methodical, patient and tidy approach to work, you will need a positive attitude to working with the public and volunteers along with the ability to take the initiative and organise your own workload.
