An Introduction to Laser Cleaning in Conservation (2 day course) Conservation Technologies National Conservation Centre National Museums Liverpool U.K. 12-13 March, 2007 14-15 May, 2007 10-11 September, 2007 19-20 November, 2007 This 2-day course provides an introduction to the use of laser cleaning in conservation. It is aimed at conservators with no or very little experience of this technique. Numbers are restricted to 5 per course, allowing a significant amount of practical work. By the end of the course, the conservator will have a good understanding of how laser cleaning works, the type of work to which it is suited and the practical aspects of working with a laser.
