It is situated within the Faculty of Creativity and Culture's Research Centre for Furniture at BCUC. A central aim of the TCFRG is to promote research into furniture manufactured in the Chilterns throughout the twentieth century; which is materialising through the AHRC funded digitisation project entitled 'Creation of High Wycombe Furniture Electronic Archive'. The project is due to complete in Feb 2009 when the archive of company records, photographs, designs, working drawings and visual accounts (film and voice recordings), will go on line.
