Eight Frames in the Rotunda by William Lewin and Davida Kovner
Sixteen Benches from the House Chambers by Bruce Schuettinger

Lewin and Kovner will discuss their onsite treatment of the frames
on the monumental paintings in the Rotunda. Their analytical
findings identify the original gilding pattern and one of the
original gilders. Bruce Scheuttinger will present an overview of the
historical research, analysis, and treatments of 16 cast iron and
wood upholstered benches originally from the House Chamber, 1859.
