Distance learning in paper and photographic conservation

Northern States Conservation Center announces that MS 212: Care of
Textiles is rescheduled for online broadcast from November 6,
2006-December 1, 2006.

This distance education course covers fiber and surface finishes
identification, how to write condition reports about textiles, how
the agents of deterioration harm textiles, care of textiles and
costumes in storage and on exhibit, preparing textiles for
transport, mannequins, three-dimensional supports and framing
textiles.
