Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum

The Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum is seeking a conservator to join
the Conservation Department for a twelve-month assignment.  This
full-time position will be involved with the treatment and care of
the Museum's Collection, outgoing loans and exhibitions.  This
position will work closely with the Curatorial, Registrar and
Preparations Departments. Candidates should demonstrate excellent
hand skills. S/he should have strong interpersonal skills and work
well both independently and with a team.  Candidates from all
disciplines will be considered. Conservators with experience in
modern and contemporary art are especially encouraged to apply.

Candidates should be graduates of a recognized conservation training
program or equivalent with at least 2 years of postgraduate
experience and eligible to work in the United States. This position
will commence as soon as possible.  Salary will be commensurate with
experience and will include full benefits. Application including
