Lead-tin sculpture

From: Andreia Cristina Ribeiro <andreia.ribeiro>

I am studying a polychromed sculpture of little Jesus made in
lead-tin, from the XVIII century. The polychromy is oil-based paint
with pigments. The sculpture of little Jesus is also called "Divine
Love" - "Little Jesus Cupid" and is a representation of Cupid,
dressed, with an arc and arrows. I am studying lead and lead-tin
sculptures and would like if someone has documentation or knows of
examples of such sculpture in Europe. I am searching in terms of
conservation/materials analysis of these sculptures, in terms of
history and their execution process.
