May I suggest that you try Rentokil.  I recently attended an
informative lecture on their work on spanish sites to deal with the
pigeon problems. They do interesting work with nets, and cited one
example of a portal where members of the royal family had to receive
VIPs, it was a particularly favourite place for pigeon droppings.
They solved the problem simply and easily.  They are also situated
world wide.
