Assistant Objects Conservator The Cleveland Museum of Art The Cleveland Museum of Art is pleased to announce a one or two year long opportunity in the field of Objects Conservation. The Assistant Conservator will assist with the examination and treatment of works of art preparing them for them for the reinstallation of the collection as well as for the museum's traveling exhibitions program. The successful candidate will work closely with the Associate Conservator to examine and treat a wide range of material. This position is available immediately for one year with the possibility of renewal for a second year. A Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree or a Certificate from a recognized Conservation Program or advanced conservation training with verifiable experience is required. The position requires superior written, verbal, and interpersonal skills along with creative thinking and problem solving ability.
