The Society of American Archivists would very much like document the
different kinds of Mayday activities that organizations undertook to
promote emergency preparedness.

We very much hope that this will become an annual event, and we will
take use these reports to help build the list of suggestions.  We
would also be interested in any comments this group has on how to
improve the existing list of activities. See
