Subject: University of Lincoln Conservation Graduation Exhibition
The following is posted on behalf of the third Year BA (Hons) Conservation and Restoration students at the University of Lincoln, UK. The final year BA conservation and restoration students at the University of Lincoln are currently preparing for their graduation exhibition to be held in the chapel of Chad Varah House, off Steep Hill, Wordsworth Street, Lincoln, LN1 3BP. The opening event will be invitation only and will take place on Friday 12 May, 2006, however, previous students, professionals and other conservation-restoration students are all welcome to attend on Saturday 13 May 2006 10am-5pm, Monday 15 May 2006 9:30-5pm or Tuesday 16 May 2006 9:30am-5pm The exhibition will showcase work undertaken by the undergraduates and also highlight the role played by conservators and restorers in the preservation of our heritage. In an attempt to reach a wider audience the students aim to produce a catalogue providing information about themselves and the work they have carried out during their three years of study.
