Publication sought

I am writing on behalf of Joseph MacDonald in Cape Cod, who does not
have email. He is doing research on paper treatments and is
interested in obtaining an article by Margaret Hey originally
published in Italian. He has the article in Italian and is wondering
if it is available in English, as he does not read Italian. The
article is:
