Icon is seeking 3 consultants to carry out the work of monitoring,
mentoring and assessing conservation trainees taking in part its

scheme, encouraging cross-sector working between trainees and hosts
across the UK, in all sectors.

Work includes building one-to-one relationships with trainees and
supervisors: quarterly monitoring visits to trainees and supervisors

publicity events, providing an on-call service for supervisors and
trainees, encouraging networking. Work is estimated at 1-2 days per
week on average over the year, with some intensive periods of input
for interviewing, events and quarterly visits. Co-ordinators should
be willing and prepared to travel at short notice.

Tenderers should be experienced professionals familiar with the PACR
