Subject: Storing phonograph records
I have been using archival paper record sleeves for some time. Now I see polyethylene lined paper sleeves on the market. It seems these incorporate the "anti-static" plastic sleeves with manila paper. Does that combination protect records adequately? Will the polyethylene trap moisture? Does manila paper have enough negatives to its use to prohibit switching from archival paper only to polyethylene/manila?
