Bookbinding equipment available

Grimm Book Bindery, Inc. in Madison, WI, USA has a number of older
pieces of machinery that we would like to donate to any non-profit
organization that would be interested or could use them. Some may
be considered antiques for possible printing museums or the like as
we've been around since 1854 and the family rarely threw anything
out. Otherwise, we hope the machinery could be used by
organizations that have in-house repair/conservation departments.
In order to save time and space here, the following is just a quick
list of the items available. Those interested may call or email to
ask questions and investigate further for those items that are of
interest. All of the items listed will be donated free of charge.
The recipient would only be responsible for arranging shipment or
picking up from the bindery.

The following items are available: F.J. Austin gas hot foil plate
stamper (runs), Smyth 4 wing sewer (runs), Smyth 4 wing Machine #864
(not running), Gas fired Ludlow #0474 (runs), Electric Ludlow
(should run, but was never put in service), Kwik-Print Suitcase hot
foil stamper (runs), Fortuna Leather skiving machine (runs), Sulby
perfect binder, Potdevin hot glue machine. There may also be a
Jacques board shear available.
