Charbonnel Restoration Colours

Does any quantity of Charbonnel Restauration Restoring Colours exist
anymore?  If so, where are they purchased nowadays? If not, what are
people using as a replacement, the goal being to find a toning
medium that is initially reversible in petroleum benzine and dries
to a matte finish?
