The author: Mireia Xarrie is an art historian (Universitat Autonoma
de Barcelona, 1994) and belongs to a family with a long tradition in
art conservation(Ideart-Xarrie). In addition to her experience in
the Barcelona based family restoration business, she teaches
seminars and participates on several international conservation
projects and organizations.
