We are looking for a motivated, skilled technician to provide
specialist technical support for the museum's conservation
department. The main focus of the work will be making high
specification mounts and supports for museum artefacts and
involvement in the framing of works of art.

You will have Advanced City and Guilds, or an equivalent
qualification or experience, in one of carpentry, joinery,
metalworking or plastics, and significant experience in the others.
You should also have experience in production of exhibition
displays, preferably in a museum environment.

As technical officer for the Conservation team you will be part of a
growing and lively department.
