Preventive Conservation Officer

UKP21,375 - UKP26,512
per annum plus final salary or stakeholder pension

We are looking for an excellent preventive conservator to provide
advice and technical expertise and to develop policies and
procedures relating to the care of NMS collections. You will have a
good knowledge and understanding of preventive conservation
standards and of the environmental, storage, handling and display
needs of museum collections. You will have a degree (or equivalent)
in a relevant subject, plus a professional conservation
qualification and 3-5 years' relevant experience in a museum, or
similar environment. A driving licence is essential.
