Subject: Storing archival materials
I am working on the storage of archival collection and the problem I am facing is to select right boxes for the posters in the collection. The minimum size of the posters is 30 X 40 inches. There is no acid free cardboard or sheet available to get the boxes made. We tried making top and bottom boxes with acid free corrugated sheet but they are sagging. Can anyone suggest where can we find 34 X 44 inch acid free cardboard boxes or any other alternative for them. you can also suggest any other less expensive material. Because of large collection cost factor is another consideration.
