Survey: Out Going Loan Practices for Works of Art on Paper

<sfuruhat<-a t->lacma< . >org> post the following survey to find out if it is
a common practice for conservators to create sealed packages for
paper-based works of art prior to out going loans. Your response
will be used in a statistical manner only and respondents will not
be identified without their permission.

    Your Name:

    A.  Do you place your paper-based works of art in a sealed
        package prior to framing, in preparation for out going
        loans?

    B.  If yes, what method do you use?

        1) Seal the package using Marvelseal
        2) Seal the package using book tape and Mylar.
        3) Other

        If no, do you practice any special framing/packaging methods
        for out going loans?

    C.  For those who answered "yes" in the previous question:

        a.  Do you use Art-sorb or Desiccant Paper in your package?
        b.  What type and who is the manufacturer?
        c.  How much do you use in a package?
        d.  Where or from whom did your method/procedure originate?
