Glass bristle brushes

In November 2004 I posted a query about suppliers of glass bristle
brushes. Thanks to Jane Henderson, Professional Tutor, HISAR,
Cardiff University, for the following information (reproduced with
permission):

    Agar Scientific, are able to supply rope covered glass fibre
    rope wrapped bristle brushes to two diameters approx 8 mm and a
    wider one. The narrower one has code: Y 4726 and costs
    approximately 10 pounds sterling. The brushes are not in their
    catalogue but are available as a 'special order'.
