I can only support what Niccolo Caldararo is informing about: The
Art-Law Center is a Swiss based foundation, linked to the University
of Geneva faculty of law. By now it is  around 20 years old and has
issued about 15 relevant volumes of their "etudes d'art", Nr 6 being
the one, Niccolo Caldararo is referring to.

I would like to draw your attention though to the fact that there is
a spelling error in the subtitle of this volume as it is related in
the Cons DistList 19:10: the original reads "Legal and Ethical
aspects", and not "Ethnical"--what a difference caused by just one
single letter!

Other relevant papers and bibliographic data relating to law and
ethics in Art can be found in the (recently by archetype re-edited)
postprints "Modern Art--who cares" of the symposium of the same
title which took place in Amsterdam in 1997.
