Insurance and liability

This is in reference to discussions at the 2005 AIC meeting CIPP
dinner on insurance and liability.  In reflecting on a number of
the discussions that night I have been looking at the literature and
found a nice little volume that people might like to look at.  It
is The Restoration of Works of Art Legal and Ethnical Aspects, from
a meeting in 1994 by the Etudes en Droit de L' Art, 120B Rue de
Lausanne, 1202 Geneve Suisse, ed. Quentin Byrne-Sutton and
Marc-Andre Renold.  About half the papers are in English and half
in French but it contains a wealth of information and examples of
problems.  It is focused on Europe but it does have a lot of
information that is pertinent to our problems.
