Lab design

I am working on the design of a conservation lab for treatment of
waterlogged wood and am looking for all information about
establishing a lab: organization and the management, methods used
for treating the waterlogged wood, facilities (the type of tanks,
the type of freeze-dryer etc.), areas of work, and the number and
the role of workers.
