Adhesive for inflatable PVC object

I am looking for an adhesive to re-adhere the valve of an inflatable
object made of clear PVC.  The damaged valve is also made of clear
PVC (same type as for inflatable toys used in pools) and is located
right at the front of the object, therefore the adhesive should stay
clear and keep a certain flexibility, as the object is kept deflated
in storage, and re-inflated for exhibit.  Besides the commercial
"bike repair kit" types of adhesive such as VLP vinyl repair, does
anyone know of an adhesive that would be worth testing?
