Fire extinguishers

Has anyone on the list had experience with "Clean agent" or
"Cleanguard" fire extinguishers?  They use an agent (FE-36) that
claims to have far less toxicity as well as being less caustic and
improved fire-suppression effectiveness.  They have been recommended
for areas of document and art storage.  I would appreciate any
information that would confirm or dispute their use in document
storage areas.
