Meeting for paper conservators

As the only Northern representative on the sub-committee of the
Meetings Committee of the IPC, I should like to know if there is any
interest in having a bi-annual 'Paper Conservators Day'. This might
rotate between, for instance, York, Liverpool, Manchester, Newcastle
and would be not a didactic meeting or workshop but a talking shop;
brains trust and general get-together. If anyone thinks this would
be a productive venture, please will they contact:
