Subject: New journal: Conservar Patrimonio
The Professional Organization of Portuguese Conservators-Restorers (ARP - Associacao Profissional de Conservadores-Restauradores de Portugal) has begun to publish a biannual journal, entitled "Conservar Patrimonio" ("Heritage Conservation"), and its' first volume is now for sale. The journal publishes articles on conservation and scientific studies that deal with the cultural objects and the materials from which they are made of. Although Portuguese is the preferred language, the journal accepts papers in other languages, namely English, French and Spanish. The papers have abstracts and keywords in Portuguese and English. The journal has peer review. The journal has a web site at <URL:http://www.arp.org.pt/revista/>. The index of the issue, the abstracts of the respective papers, the instructions for the authors and the information related to subscription are available there. All collaborations are welcome.
