Manager, Conservation Royal Ontario Museum (ROM) The Royal Ontario Museum (ROM) is Canada's pre-eminent international museum and houses some of Canada's most important collections in both World Cultures and Natural History. The ROM invites applications for Manager, Conservation. This successful applicant will plan, direct and manage the Conservation program of the ROM, supervise a staff of eight (8) Conservators and work closely with the Manager, Registration, under the auspices of the Vice President, Collections and Research. Qualifications: Applicants must have a Master's Degree in Conservation, 10 years experience in Conservation plus a minimum of four (4) years relevant supervisory and administrative experience in a Museum environment, including research and publications in Conservation, or an acceptable equivalent of education and experience. Experience in long-range planning and effective project management of a professional conservation team, including general knowledge of individual conservation disciplines and materials, is essential.
