The Horniman Museum is <URL:http://www.horniman.ac.uk> offering an
excellent opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic objects
conservator. Currently the Museum is working towards two new
temporary exhibitions, on the Americas 'From Amazon to Caribbean'
and a display on West African textiles.

The Collections Conservation and Care Section is responsible for the
care of the Museum's collections of Anthropology, Musical
instruments and Natural History. The collections are used to
illustrate the world we live in--our cultures, arts, crafts, music
and natural environment. The Museum is set in sixteen acres of
beautiful gardens in Forest Hill, South East London

Applicants should have a minimum of two years' post qualification,
practical experience in the care, documentation and treatment of a
wide-range of objects in a museum environment.
