Further to Antoinette Dwan's helpful recommendation that Megan Ann
Jones <meganann.jones [at] chicagoconservation__com> refer to Jane
Down's work:

    Selected PVA and Acrylic Adhesives. 1992. Report #1603

I would also direct Megan to a literature review by Jane Down in
Issue 2 (2001) of Reviews in Conservation (the annual review journal
of the IIC):

    Jane Down.
    "A literature review of cyanoacrylate adhesives", Reviews in
    Conservation 2 (2001), 35-38.

Clearly not all references contained therein will be
applicable--there is yet another article by Jane Down in that same
issue (pp. 39-46) addressing CCI research on epoxy resin adhesives
for glass conservation--but nonetheless, these articles are easily
accessible and ought to help in identifying a range of useful
publications on adhesives in general and acrylic adhesives in
